4. Products and Services

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time.

• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

• Imported products, if cancelled, carry a 40% handling charge.
   

5. Refunds and Cancellations
 

• Orders cancelled after 30 days are subject to a handling charge of up to 30%, pending investigation.

• Refunds may take up to 21 business days to process once approved.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability
Apex Pack & Load Pty Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or our services, except as required by law.
7. Admin and Handling Charges
Administrative and handling charges will be applied for any work done on orders that are later cancelled by the client, regardless of the reason.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ekurhuleni, Gauteng, South Africa.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Use of Service

• All orders must be confirmed in writing.

• We accept no responsibility for incorrect sizing, quantity, or description if orders are not confirmed with an official Purchase Order or in writing.

• Orders will be processed according to the quotation provided.
